Meissen figure 'Card Player', after an 18th Century original, decorated throughout with colours, lace work and gilt, over a gilt scrolled circular base, underglaze blue crossed swords mark, height 16.5cm; also a further Meissen figure, similarly decorated, underglazed blue crossed swords mark, 12.5cm (2)

Standing figure: Minute losses to the lacework all around (see images for detail). No further damage detected.
Seated figure: Her left foot is missing, as is whatever she should be holding in her left hand which may be ribbon as there is a partial ribbon at the back with the rest missing. There are numerous minute losses to the lacework around the edge. There is a small element of the base missing and the implement she is holding in her right hand has an element missing.
