Late Regency mahogany bracket clock by Barraud, Cornhill, London, lancet shaped case with white enamelled dial with Roman numerals, signed, double fusee movement striking on a bell, signed on the back plate, Gothic tracery brass sound panels to the sides, glazed door to the rear, raised on brass ball feet, height 44cm, width 25cm, depth 15.5cm

The case has a split just above the sound grille on the right hand side of the case and a small slither loss to the veneer on the edge of that grille (see image). Small losses to the ebony moulding on the outside of the front of the case and replacements visible. Small loss to the crossbanded veneer on the base. There is no glass to the dial and the brass bezel has some spotting. The dial appears to have been re-painted. There is some spotting to the fingers. The clock has a pendulum and two keys.
