George IV mahogany cellarette, circa 1825-30, the flame mahogany box with hinged cover, brass lion's mask ring handles, on a stand with wrythen moulded turned and tapered legs and brass castors, width 53cm, depth 33.5cm, height 63cm

This piece has no liner but does have a zinc container (see image). There is a crack running horizontally along the back edge of the lid approx. 12cm. There is a replaced keyhole and associated escutcheon. Lion's mask ring handles are original. There is no key. The legs and castors are all original and sturdy, and overall a nice colour with good patina.
