Clarice Cliff Bizarre Newport Pottery dinner service in the Yellow Rose pattern, circa 1932, comprising 16 dinner plates, twelve soup dishes, twelve side plates, three lidded vegetable tureens, lidded sauce tureen on stand with a ladle, another sauce tureen stand, and four dessert bowls, each with printed marks and painted pattern number 6022 (51)

Tureens: Two are complete and good; one tureen has cracks, a stained riveted repair to the base, but the lid is good and there is a good spare lid.
Sauce tureen: With ladle and stand. All good.
Meat plates: Minor scratches to the centre consistent with normal use. The medium size plate has wear to the yellow on the rose. There is another of this size in better condition. The large plate has a number of scratches in the centre, a stained hair crack approximately 2cm and scratches on the rose.
Soup bowls: One is chipped on the underside of the rim.
Dessert bowls: Two are chipped and two are badly cracked.
Dinner plates: All are showing signs of use, i.e. scratches, some crazing, slight discolouration. One is badly cracked and chipped, another has been broken in half and re-glued. Another is very badly crazed and stained. Two have hair cracks with staining and one has a further chip.
Side plates: All are good
There is one spare sauce tureen stand that has a small chip to the rim. Numerous scratches.
