Chinese Mandarin patterned export teapot and cover, late 18th Century, decorated in figures in famille rose colours against a famille rose scaled ground, height 17cm

Wear to the gilt on the finial. There is a filled rim chip to the cover. Minor gilt rubbing to the body. Later applied metal strainer on the base of the spout. Manufacturing chips to the tip of the spout, now covered with glaze. No further damage detected.
