William IV silver and agate 'castle top' snuff box, by Taylor & Perry, Birmingham 1835, rectangular form, the hinged cover worked with a view of an abbey, the base inset with moss agate, 8cm x 4.5cm

There is a small spot of soft solder repair to the underside of the rear left corner of the cover adjacent to the hinge, this is visible through a 10x loupe. The hallmarks are clear to the upper side of the right hand side of the top (see image). The top closes crisply. The agate base is in good condition.
No further damage detected.
