Pair of Japanese cloisonne vases, late Meiji (1868 - 1912), ovoid form decorated with panels of dragons in colours against a dark blue ground, height 18cm

One vase has a small bruise to the rim and associated loss to the enamel. There is a light bruise to the side of the body and a small bruise to the shoulder. There is a small loss to enamel, again on the body, and a bruise to the foot rim.
The other vase has a repaired patch which is clearly visible. There is a scratch and a tiny bruise to the body.
