The bowl has some minute abrasions at the edge which can be viewed through a 10x loupe and they appear as minute chips; they can be felt with a fingernail. The odd surface scratch, nothing too unsightly. There is a manufacturing mould mark on the underside edge which appears at first sight as a small crack, but when viewed through a 10x loupe this is within the moulding. See additional images.
